Cancellation Policy

Tsavers Cleaning & Junk Removal – Terms of Service These Terms apply to all services provided by Tsavers Cleaning (“Company”). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following: 1. Deposits & Payment • All bookings require a non refundable deposit to confirm the appointment. • Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, Square, or approved payment methods. • Invoices unpaid after 3 days will incur a $10 daily late fee. • Accounts unpaid after 14 days may be sent to collections, and the client may be responsible for any collection or legal fees. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in loss of the deposit or a 50% service fee. • The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Cleaning Services • Pricing is based on the condition and size of the property. • If the property is excessively dirty, contains biohazards, pest infestations, or requires additional labor, pricing may be adjusted before service continues. • Any additional services requested outside the original booking may incur additional charges. 4. Junk Removal Services • All items for removal must be identified and accessible before service begins. • The Company does not remove hazardous materials, including chemicals, fuel, paint, biohazard waste, or illegal items. • Additional fees may apply for heavy items, excessive debris, stairs, or large loads. • Once items are loaded or removed, they cannot be returned. 5. Access to Property • Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. • If access is unavailable upon arrival, a $75 lockout fee may apply. 6. Safety Conditions • The Company reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous for staff. 7. Damage & Liability • Tsavers Cleaning & Junk Removal is insured and will address damages directly caused by our team. • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsecured items. • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify the Company within 24 hours, and we will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
