Tsavers Cleaning LLC – Terms & Conditions

By scheduling, booking, or receiving work from Tsavers Cleaning Services, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the client.

  • Final pricing may increase based on actual property condition, excessive buildup, access limitations, undisclosed items, excessive trash, additional labor, or add-ons.

  • Online, phone, and text estimates are subject to change after on-site inspection.

  • Additional work requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits may be required to secure appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.

  • Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of work.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Cash

    • Zelle

    • Square

    • Checks

    • Approved payment links

  • Returned checks or failed payments may result in additional fees.

3. Payment Authorization

  • By booking, the client authorizes Tsavers Cleaning LLC to charge the payment method on file for:

    • Completed work

    • Approved add-ons

    • Cancellation fees

    • Late fees

    • Outstanding balances

4. Card on File Requirement

  • Certain appointments may require a valid card on file before scheduling is confirmed.

  • Authorization holds may be placed prior to appointments.

5. Late Payments

  • Invoices unpaid after 5 days may incur a late fee of $10 per day until paid in full.

  • Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended from future scheduling.

6. Collections & Chargebacks

  • Client agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney fees, court fees, and recovery expenses related to unpaid balances.

  • Clients agree to contact Tsavers Cleaning LLC before filing disputes or chargebacks.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks for completed work may result in collections or legal action.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled amount.

  • Same-day cancellations, lockouts, or no-shows may result in additional fees.

  • If technicians arrive and cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply.

8. Arrival Windows

  • Arrival times are estimated windows and not guaranteed exact times.

  • Weather, traffic, prior appointments, and unforeseen delays may impact arrival times.

  • Clients will be notified of major delays whenever possible.

9. Property Access

  • Clients must provide safe and accessible entry to the property.

  • Incorrect lockbox codes, inaccessible properties, or denied entry may result in additional charges.

  • Clients are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of hazards before appointments.

10. Scope of Work

  • Work requested outside the original agreed scope may result in additional charges.

  • Excessive buildup, clutter, grease, trash, neglected conditions, or specialty requests may require additional labor and pricing adjustments.

11. Biohazard & Unsafe Conditions

  • Work involving bodily fluids, mold, pests, infestations, maggots, animal waste, needles, hoarding, hazardous waste, or unsafe conditions may:

    • Require additional fees

    • Require specialized remediation

    • Be refused entirely for safety reasons

12. Junk Removal Terms

  • Junk removal pricing is based on:

    • Volume

    • Weight

    • Accessibility

    • Labor

    • Disposal fees

  • Additional dump fees may apply for:

    • Mattresses

    • Tires

    • Appliances

    • Hazardous materials

    • Overweight loads

  • We do not remove hazardous chemicals, explosives, illegal materials, or biohazards.

13. Appliance, Mounting & Handyman Work

  • Clients are responsible for verifying measurements, compatibility, electrical/plumbing requirements, and HOA approvals.

  • Tsavers Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

    • Manufacturer defects

    • Existing plumbing/electrical issues

    • Hidden wall damage

    • Improper prior installations

14. Heavy Lifting & Furniture

  • Technicians do not move excessively heavy furniture or appliances unless previously approved.

  • Additional labor fees may apply for furniture moving or specialty requests.

15. Photos & Documentation

  • Before and after photos/videos may be taken for:

    • Quality control

    • Documentation

    • Insurance purposes

    • Training

  • Photos will not be publicly posted without client authorization.

16. Marketing Release

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing before the appointment, client grants permission for non-identifiable before/after photos to be used for marketing purposes.

17. Satisfaction Policy

  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address missed areas within the original scope of work.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined at management discretion.

18. Refund Limitations

  • Approved refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the specific work provided.

19. Damages & Liability

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

  • Tsavers Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Improperly secured items

    • Wear and tear

    • Manufacturer defects

    • Fragile items not disclosed beforehand

  • Clients should secure valuables, jewelry, firearms, cash, and important documents before appointments.

20. Recurring Appointments

  • Recurring clients may receive discounted pricing.

  • Skipped appointments or pauses may result in pricing adjustments.

21. Airbnb & Commercial Accounts

  • Airbnb/property management clients are responsible for accurate turnover scheduling and property access.

  • Same-day turnovers, emergency work, and after-hours appointments may incur rush fees.

22. Independent Contractors

  • Some work may be completed by vetted independent contractors or subcontractors working with Tsavers Cleaning LLC.

23. Parking & Access Fees

  • Clients are responsible for providing legal parking access.

  • Parking, towing, gate, toll, or access fees incurred during appointments may be added to the invoice.

24. Utilities & Supplies

  • Clients must provide running water and electricity unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • If client-supplied products are requested, Tsavers Cleaning LLC is not responsible for product effectiveness or damages caused by those products.

25. Weather & Uncontrollable Events

  • Severe weather, emergencies, natural disasters, unsafe roads, or uncontrollable circumstances may require rescheduling without liability.

26. Service Refusal Rights

  • Tsavers Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work due to:

    • Unsafe environments

    • Aggressive behavior

    • Harassment

    • Discrimination

    • Unreasonable demands

    • Illegal activity

27. Non-Solicitation

  • Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit Tsavers Cleaning LLC employees or contractors outside the company for 12 months following completed work.

28. Surveillance Disclosure

  • Clients must disclose active audio/video surveillance devices where legally required.

29. Weekend, Holiday & Rush Fees

  • Weekend, holiday, same-day, emergency, or after-hours appointments may include additional fees.

30. Estimate Expiration

  • Estimates and quotes expire after 7 days unless otherwise stated.

31. Agreement

  • Booking or receiving work from Tsavers Cleaning LLC confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
